The process is the same across Tier 2 and Tier 3. What changes is the scope of what we build.

Pre-Consult Call

Before any work begins, we get on a call to align. I learn where you are, what you are trying to figure out, and what is feeling stuck. This shapes everything that follows.

Deep Custom Questionnaire

Based on our call, your current resume, and your career goals, I build a diagnostic questionnaire specifically for your situation. This is not a generic intake form. It is designed to extract the highest-level operating evidence from your background — the moments and decisions that define your operating level in the market.

Your Work

You complete the questionnaire thoroughly. This is where the real material surfaces. Most people have never been asked to think about their careers this way. The output becomes the raw material for everything I build.

Diagnostic and Synthesis

I do the deep work on my end. I analyze your background against how the market is likely reading it, surface the through line underneath your experience, identify the proof points that define your operating level, and build a clear positioning framework around that.

Deliverables

Everything I produce comes out of the diagnostic. The resume, the LinkedIn, the client guide, the scorecard — none of these are templates. They are outputs of the work we did together.

Live Consult Call

We get back on a call to work through the materials and your strategy. This is not a presentation. It is a conversation — your questions, your specific opportunities, how to apply everything we built. The full transcript is yours to keep.

TIER 1 — Resume Rewrite | $595

For communications professionals who need stronger, more competitive materials built on real positioning clarity — not generic language.

Deliverables include: email pre-consult alignment, custom diagnostic questionnaire, strategically rewritten resume, What Changed and Why document, two revision rounds. Delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

Best for managers and directors whose materials do not currently reflect the level at which they operate.

TIER 2 — Core Repositioning | $2,000

The flagship engagement.

For senior communications professionals who need more than better materials — they need clarity on who they are in the market and a story that makes that legible to the people evaluating them.

This is where most people should start. The work goes beyond the resume. It surfaces the through line underneath your career, anchors your identity at your highest operating level, and produces materials that reflect that clearly — so a hiring manager who does not know communications can still read you correctly.

Deliverables include: full diagnostic process, positioning synthesis and client guide, strategically rewritten resume, LinkedIn rewrite, What Changed and Why for both, custom opportunity evaluation scorecard, live consult call and transcript.

Best for senior managers, directors, and VPs navigating a pivot, a stall, or a search that is not producing results aligned with their credentials.

TIER 3 — Full Repositioning System | $3,500

Everything in Tier 2, plus a complete search operating system.

For senior professionals at a real inflection point who need not just repositioning — but a clear architecture for how to run the search itself. This engagement builds on the positioning clarity of Tier 2 and extends it into a full search operating system: how to identify opportunities before they are posted, how to reach out, how to navigate titles, how to strategically work your network, and how to make decisions throughout the process.

Deliverables include: Everything in Tier 2, plus networking and outreach guide, tiered outreach scripts, title navigation guide, application and search strategy, and inflection point targeting framework.

Best for VPs and senior leaders at a real inflection point — acquisition, restructuring, industry transition, internal perception problem, or a search that has stalled despite strong credentials.

TIER 4 — Custom Engagement | Scoped individually

Some situations require more than a standard engagement. Industry pivots, C-suite transitions, fractional positioning, long gaps, or searches that have stalled for reasons that are not obvious — these are scoped individually based on what is actually needed.
