Based on our call, your current resume, and your career goals, I build a diagnostic questionnaire specifically for your situation. This is not a generic intake form. Your Work
You complete the questionnaire thoroughly. This is where the real material surfaces. Most people have never been asked to think about their careers this way. The output becomes the raw material for everything I build.
Diagnostic and Synthesis
I do the deep work on my end. I analyze your background against how the market is likely reading it, surface the through line underneath your experience, identify the proof points that define your operating level, and build a clear positioning framework around that.

TIER 1 — Resume Rewrite | $595

The flagship engagement.

Everything in Tier 2, plus a complete search operating system.

This engagement builds on the positioning clarity of Tier 2 and extends it into a full search operating system: how to identify opportunities before they are posted, how to reach out, how to navigate titles, how to strategically work your network, and how to make decisions throughout the process.
Deliverables include: Everything in Tier 2, plus networking and outreach guide, tiered outreach scripts, title navigation guide, application and search strategy, and inflection point targeting framework.
Best for VPs and senior leaders at a real inflection point — acquisition, restructuring, industry transition, internal perception problem, or a search that has stalled despite strong credentials.
TIER 4 — Custom Engagement | Scoped individually
Some situations require more than a standard engagement. Industry pivots, C-suite transitions, fractional positioning, long gaps, or searches that have stalled for reasons that are not obvious — these are scoped individually based on what is actually needed.

I run an active search practice. Consulting engagements are limited by design — one per week, maximum. You are not getting volume or a template. You are getting 15+ years of hiring pattern recognition from someone who fills these roles for a living.
